Brazil has been hit hard with a new round of corruption. This time its the right wing president. Brazil has gone through this before last time it was the left wing president, so whats new in Brazil?

The stock market hit high around 11,500 on Monday then Thursday it closed at about 10,300 just over 10% differences.
