You get it for free. So it is for certain not a scam.
But InitiativeQ is just a shitcoin. When it goes live everyone will probably dump their positions on the market and cash out. At least that's what you do when you have some brains. Those free airdrop type of coins are worth shit. There is nothing special about it, what is the competitive advantage?
It's just a quick money grab, not something investment worthy.
I think it's a pure scam
I think shitcoin is a better definition. Because they don't really steal money. But it depends how you would define a scam. It's certainly not worth much from an investors perspective.
It may be shitcoin but planting big dreams with written values in huge amounts and waiting time of people is more dangereous
