In the last 9 years, learning about entrepreneurship and growth I have discovered that the best shortcut for financial freedom is:

There are not any shortcuts to financial success, and if there is any it might compromise you legally or you will end giving up your values and losing more than you could have got.

It's worth to mention that you need to separate "shortcuts" from opportunities. It could be confusing, most of all because in both situations you might be afraid in the beginning, things come in unprecedented ways, and generally, you might be alone in both paths.

If there aren't any opportunities, what can I do?

The most lucrative business you can find in this planet is embarking on the journey of self-discovery and exploiting your passion, what makes you feel alive? what keeps you awake at night and makes you want more?. To be able to take advantage of your passion you gotta invest in the best single asset in this world:

Once you accept that YOU are the single most important asset in your life, you start to study, to look for resources to work with and if you haven't got any then you work on your capabilities.

Let's get started

The most important resources are:

1- Time
2.-Money
3.- Contacts
4.- Technology

Generally, amateur entrepreneurs fail to start new projects and business ventures because they complain about the lack of resources available to them while ignoring that rich people create wealth with their capabilities

Capabilities

1.- Creativity
2.- Determination
3.- Curiosity
4.- Decision
5.- Passion

So often we find in history that big achievers and moneymakers whose fortunes weren't inherited had exceptionally developed one or more capacities to unreal extents, for example, Newton was extremely curious other had unbeatable determination like Muhammad Ali, or were insanely creative like Steve Jobs. Any of these capabilities can take you to places you have never dreamt of or even better, take you to the places you have always wanted to go.
