Verizon Smart Rewards will retire on 11/01/17

We are crazy about all types of rewards and points. Some programs really save our money and give us thrills.
But, some of rewards program never satisfies us...

I believe that one of useless rewards points might be Verizon Smart Rewards program.
There are the menus for sweeptakes / auctions / local deals / merchandise / gift card / travel.
Sweeptakes is less chance than Power Balls, Auctions needs too high points.
And local deals, merchandise, gift card and travel are limited to 5 to 10% discounts with deduction of points.

Only thing good which I heard from others is the Daily Deal for $10 or $25 Verizon Gift card "for free" by points, but always big traffic, never successful for me.

Sometimes I use points purchase gift card like Nike, CVS, Staples or Office Depot etc with **5 to 10 % off **(only) by points.
That's All.

All Smart Reward will be supposed to expire as of 10/31/17.
It means my 335,200 points will disappear at the end of this month.
But nothing to do now, nothing to use till then...
Maybe, I won't miss these points or this program.

Do you have any other tips on these huge, but useless points in next week before expired?
