The Federal Reserve is a criminal organization, their business practices one that would land a regular person/business behind bars. They purposely manipulate the currency as they did in the depression, and again in the seventies. President Carter gets a bad rap for the economy back then, but I will always respect him for appointing Paul Volkerr as head of the Fed, against his advisors wishes. Volkerr began destroying the money supply, the farmers taking a large amount of the blow back as deflation took hold. Amazing though how they were thrown to the wolves yet the Hunt brothers with their silver speculation was bailed out.
They have retaken to printing like that again, giving it the technical term quantitative easing so the average person won't understand the scam. The effects are hidden though due to so much of the currency being exported. It will be painful when it flows back home.
