I've been burned on biotechs so many times I want to quit theme, but your pitch is pretty solid. The volume on it, the technicals look pretty decent, the PE is around the sweet spot but volume has not been there, at least not in a while..
Maybe I'll take a small bite... see what happens..

I don't consider AMS really a "biotech", they are a financing company which is a much more stable business. Yet they also have some potential for exciting new treatments via their investment in proton beams. So it's kind of the best of both worlds - a stable business with a big upside for growth.
Regarding the low volume, that's one of the things I like most about it. It's a completely unknown stock, and is totally under the radar of any big investors.
