Thanks for an informative post Jeff. I enjoy your Anarchast videos, it is really good to see you looking so healthy and not smoking too. The difference is night and day. You need to keep it that way for the benefit of those of us who are not in the "elite club." I wish I would have found your site earlier in life but not I am on limited income so I support you in spirit and it is good to know there are people like you fighting for the future of my grandchildren.
