Cloakcoin - The hottest cryptocurrencies in the world right now

How does cloakcoin function?

CloakCoin is a POS coin instead of a POW coin. There are major difference between the two types of coins. A proof of work coin is a type of cryptocurrency (such as bitcoin), where the algorithm rewards participants who solve complicated cryptographic puzzles in order to validate transactions and create new blocks by a process called mining. However, when it comes to Proof of Stake which rather than requiring the prover to perform a certain amount of computational work, a proof of stake system requires the prover to show ownership of a certain amount of money preventing fraud.

Mint at 6% a year and 1.8% of all Enigma Transactions.

Due to CloakCoin being a POS coin, you're able to mint your entire digital stash at a rate of 6% a year, which quite frankly is unprecedented in this day and age of negative yielding bonds, Negative interest policy and zero interest rate policy. However, coins can only be minted on a desktop wallet and not on your mobile wallet so please do take heed.

Enigma and Cloaksheild (The encryption)

CloakShield is the onion-routing implementation for CloakCoin's network traffic. To make it abit easier to digest. Think of a onion being peeled and think of peeling the onion 28 times to get to the transaction. Ensuring multiple layers of securities and a tedious venture for the noisy parker to unlock the transactions encryption.

Any traffic sent via the ENIGMA process is fully end-to-end encrypted and onion routed across the ENIGMA network. This encryption and onion routing is carried out by CloakShield. which uses ECDH (elliptical curve diffe hellman) to generate a shared AES (256 bit) encryption key, this key is then used for all communication with that node thus making it impossible for any outside observers to trace payments done with CLOAKCOIN.

Block Generation

The block transaction is very quick and boasts a 60 second blockgeneration time with transactions being accepted onto the blockchain in 4 minutes.

Nodes

There are no masternodes on the CloakCoin network thus allowing their to be no central point for an attack to take place. You are also ensuring that you have blindfaith 100% of the time trusted that mixes aren't loged and coins are not mixed with an uncompromized masternode. This reduces the annoymous factor because you have to trust a 3rd party to get things done. However cloakcoin has no masternodes meaning the only node you have to trust is your own.
