Money can't buy happiness

Money can buy a lot of things. But the most real and purest emotions money is incapable of buying. Money can buy sex, but not love, food but not appetite, medicine but not health, books but not knowledge and etc.

People with a lot of money are happy, but they non stop are searching for happiness within things. So they have to buy different things all the time just so they can feel happy again. It is an endless cycle of joy and sorrow. That is why we see more "poor" people being happy. They are poor from a financial point, but they are rich in heart. They will give you more money and love than a wealthy businessman.

We want to buy happiness. Not seeing that happiness is within ourselves. People want to be happy when they have the new iPhone. They are being joyless until they have the new iPhone so they can be satisfied for a while.

Why are poor people always happy? Because they find happiness in small things. For example, my grandma is 91 years old. One day she invited me to give me money. She gave me 0.15 cents, she is in the state that she can't even know how much money she is giving to me. I didn't care how much money she gave me. What mattered was that she was actually giving me money without wanting anything in return. I felt pure love. It is these little things that matter. Not the amount of money.

We are so dependent on money. We buy almost everything with money so it is normal to assume that we can buy happiness with money. In reality, happiness is just a state of mind. You can fell always happy. Without the need for money or anything else.
