did the nrf estimate how the tariffs imposed on chinese products (which play a significant role in particularly us retail) will impact this?
doubt that the average us citizen will be as eager to buy with a sudden 15% increase on just about everything...
and yes, the tariffs will be payed for by the us shopper, not the chinese seller or exporter.
