To win the trust of you guys, they also post some images showing snapshots of Fake messages where users got their vouchers. :P

Sadly. Many people fall into this trap after seeing such posts.

Anyways, you share a story tagging them. Many of your friends see your story, get excited and do the same. This starts a big chain of people tagging such account. :p

These accounts end up with literally 1000s of followers.

After gaining a certain number of followers, the account owner simply changes their Instagram account name and username. They change it to a good name. They also change their bio and delete their old voucher related posts.

They have the followers already :P and now their account is clean. They post some good images and get good engagement due to a huge number of followers.

They sell the account and make money. :P For your info, Active Instagram accounts sell for really good rates. 10k Follower accounts can easily be sold for at least $20 or more.
