Build awesome banner images for your social media
Facebook: 851 pixels x 315 pixels
Twitter: 1252 pixels x 656 pixels
Internet radio shows, And podcasts. See if you can get mentioned.
Offer no strings attached bonus material.
Testimonials
Wildly creative and fun photos, That person just have to share.
Save all the logos to the places you've been so you can make a collage that says stuff like "as seen on ... "
Take pictures of yourself holding your book in interesting places. Crazy hikes, at the ocean. Wherever you can Get those photos.
Try using linked in to promote yourself. While a lot of people are on it, It's not heavily used.
Use Pinterest, 70% of users buy from there.
Always reply to comments, Correspondence, and reviews.
Collect and share feedback from others
Blog on bigger platforms to gain your reach, such as the Huffington post, Try and get mentioned on BuzzFeed, etc.
Guest blog
Comment on other blogs and join discussions. Offer value.
Donate your books to your local library.
Voting & polls work great on social media; It's also a great way to collect data about your niche.
Connect with a charity if your book relates to a social cause.
Review and promote other books in your genre.
Create an online group or community.
Donate free copies of your books to waiting rooms, hair salons, dentists,
Donate your books to charity.
Record and audio version of your book.
Get your book translated.
Make a book a scrib account.
Google +
Generate a QR code ( You can buy them for cheap on eBay. Custom made.)
You can put them on banners, flyers, etc.Wikipedia page, Once you build yourself up, they may accept you into their database.
Come up with a funny phrase for the Urban dictionary.
Add your books to Google books.
Bundle your books.

I'm only on chapter six, with probably a couple hundred more to go at least. Hopefully I am able to remember this post in ten years once my novel is complete. lol.
Awww man!! You can't break it up into more books? you may be able to get more money.
Well, yes. I expect it will be a minimum of three novels.
Let's say only about another 60 chapters and three years to go before I'll be needing this post then. It's a great thing that it's on the block chain.
I may not need it now, but I know how time consuming writing can be and authors should be looking to get rewarded for that time in as many ways as possible. For this reason, I have resteemed your post because I feel it may be very useful for others.
