Well, back to the rat race. Monday, so much fun. Fixes, pest issues, AC's that went out over the weekend, and so much more. But, that is why they pay us the big bucks right? Wait, what?

All in all, not a bad Monday honestly. Just mainly some coordination issues with the main office and my self, that is all that needs to be worked out.
If you are looking to start investing in real estate, have some good systems in place for tracking what is going on, on your jobs. Even if you only have one repair, or one rehab project going on at a time, use the system so that you know where everything is at. Once you get used to the system, you can easily expand it and track 10+ jobs. It is easy to get lost in this business and if you get lost you can loose money that way.

Any good project management software will do. Pick one, use it for at least six months, and if it does not work well, find a better one. Many of them are free, or very cheap to purchase.
