$ 86400 is actually worth 86400 second ?????

Imagine that every morning, a bank opens a credited account of 86 400 $ , but there are 2 rules to respect:

The first is that everything you did not spend in the day was taken away at night.
In addition you can not cheat, or transfer this money to another account.
And every morning the bank opens a new account of 86 400 $ for your day.

The second rule is that the bank interrupt this game without notice, it can tell you that it is over, that it closes the account and there will be no others.
