Yes, blockchain makes it possible to decentralize heavy control in various industries, thereby limiting the problem of concentrated wealth among a few ultra wealthy and giving opportunties for more to improve their income.
I think this is a good idea, I am very interested in the way that you submit, but here I am very difficult to start, because our economy is very low to invest.
The cool thing about Opiria is that you can be a part of it in many ways. You don't have to invest to become a user selling personal data on its marketplace.
