Everybody should be taking advantage of these low silver prices, I slowly accumulate physical whenever BTC/ETC/LTC goes on a nice run. If more people begin stacking physical, those that manipulate the market will lose their incentive to keep prices artificially low. You have to start somewhere (to those who haven't!)
