H along with a diversified portfolio would be most ideal. It would too risky to place only in H...and when buying, dollar cost averaging would be preferred.
Honestly when I see dips like this I wish I had more spare income to invest!
That is a good thought to have during declining markets. When making entries, it's also good to just buy in small increments...say every Mondays. That way, dollar cost averaged entries can be very profitable.
