Yes we do and the current upvote value is only around 0.01 right now. We're running two voting bots right now, but as our SP may get lower overtime, we cannot make sure you always get the same upvote value. But we have several rules that let you get higher upvute value:

1. the longer your comment, the higher the voting weight you get.
2. (will be implement in the near future) If you comment on a whale's (or someone with higher SP) post, you get higher voting weight.
