Yelp blackmail business owners into using their advertisement services. If business owners don't sign up with their services, they will hide all positive reviews and keep the negative reviews up.
They have multiple lawsuits against them.
They won't last long..........
The counter argument is that business demand that Yelp remove negative comments against them. And Yelp has won countless lawsuits on this.
It’s similar to the Glassdoor site where employers demand negative employee reviews be removed but are helpless as the laws protect the freedom of speech.
