looking over the last 100 years you can see the market for Brent Oil prices

The price of oil shown is adjusted for inflation using the headline CPI .

Brent Crude is a major trading classification of sweet light crude oil that serves as a major benchmark price for purchases of oil worldwide. The current price for Brent oil is $51.94 looking at the market with the CPI and inflation adjusted you see what your actual purchasing power really is. I wanted to shed some light on Brent oil and open up discussion for it.
