The "Fragile" Fiat Could Be Replaced with Crypto by 2030

in #money4 years ago

From a research report, Imagine 2030, done by the Deutsche Bank in Germany, it seems they believe cryptocurrency will pave the way in the near future. From this article it stated the following about the report:

The current fiat system looks 'fragile,' particularly because of 'decades of low labor costs' and inflation. Over the next decade, things could change and 'demand for alternative currencies, from gold to crypto, could take off,' according to the report.

Benefits of cryptocurrencies such as security, speed, minimal transaction fees, ease of storage and 'relevance in the digital era' could help drive mass adoption in the years to come, it added.

Another reason that cryptocurrencies could become the '21st-century cash' is their privacy, per the report. 'Nearly two thirds of consumers prefer dematerialised to cash payments and a third are concerned by anonymity. These are the two things that cryptocurrencies do best.'

One of the bank's Research Strategist, Jim Reid asked the following question... "'Will fiat currencies survive the policy dilemma that authorities will experience as they try to balance higher yields with record levels of debt? That's the multi-trillion dollar (or bitcoin) question for the decade ahead.'" And that is certainly the pricey question that many are seeking the answer to. Their forecast below shows how the adoption rates will steadily increase over the next decade and beyond.

This wasn't the only interesting report that came out recently. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. came out talking about how strong gold is and how it will most likely remain that way in the distant future. In regards to gold, the article stated: "the bank is still sticking to its forecast prices will climb to $1,600 over the next year."

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said investors should diversify their long-term bond holdings with gold, citing 'fear-driven demand' for the precious metal.

'Gold cannot fully replace government bonds in a portfolio, but the case to reallocate a portion of normal bond exposure to gold is as strong as ever,' Goldman analysts including Sabine Schels said in a note Friday. 'We still see upside in gold as late cycle concerns and heightened political uncertainty will likely support investment demand' for bullion as a defensive asset.

So, what does the future look like? Digital cryptocurrency with gold. The privacy, security, lower transaction fees, and efficiency of crypto are what will continue to win over the public. That is exactly what GODcoin will be offering.

The key difference with GODcoin is that it will be backed by gold, unlike almost all other cryptocurrencies. It has been explained many times in these articles why gold is so important and why it will continue to be important even after fiat currency crashes or is phased out. It's time to start investing in your future with GODcoin today. As technology advances and integrates into society, don't be left behind with the old "fragile" fiat system.
