No law to pay taxes???

People and institutions are trying to find the law that says we have to pay taxes.
So, far it is a voluntary based tax? Say what?
Maybe the treat from the guys with the guns and the fear of jail makes that different.
I guess those with the gold make the rules.
The gig will have to end sometime maybe the time is now.
