WHEN IT COME TO FINANCIAL AND MONETARY SYSTEMS - THE AMERICAN IS THE CHIEF CULPRIT BUT BLAMES EVERY OTHER NATIONS BUT THEMSELF AS THE ARCHITECT AND MAIN MARKETS AND CURRENCY MANIPULATOR.

The funny thing is that the whole world are also guilty to a lesser extents and are not making much protest against America -The Chief Manipulator as they are guilty themselves.
