DECRED is being mined simultaneously with Ethereum. ETH GPU miners are doing this because its basically near-free hashes while their rigs are already running for a small residual income alongside their ETH. They are probably dumping DECRED immediately to ETH or BTC. Not a healthy way to prop up a shitcoin.
