NoToDogMeat Foundation would like to invite you to the London Loves Dogs Cocktail Party in the Middle Temple Gardens, London, June 1st 2016.

Step into another world and enjoy a cocktail with a twist at the London Loves Dogs Cocktail Party!  This special evening promises to be the highlight of your summer social calendar – held in the heart of legal London, alongside the Thames in the rose gardens at the historic Middle Temple.

This special night is in support of the London-based charity World Protection for Dogs and Cats in the Meat Trade, a UK registered charity (no. 1154524) which campaigns to end the cruel trade of dogs and cats in Asia for meat as well as rescuing and rehoming them. Proceeds from this event will go towards equipping emergency response veterinary trucks in Asia for rescue missions and funding the charity’s ongoing work.

jazz dynaomos

The extremely talented, fresh and stylish JAZZ DYNAMOS will set the mood with ultra-cool Rat Pack swing and Latino rhythms which can range from mellow to high energy and can get everyone dancing. You will be in great company – they have performed at the Royal Albert Hall, before our Royal Family and for A-list celebrities such as Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Sir Paul McCartney  and Uma Thurman.

The evening will commence in the gardens where guests can meet our rescued dogs and try our specially created ‘London Loves Dogs Cocktail’.  This splendid setting was the venue for the first-ever recorded performance of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night in 1602 and was the choice for many famous films, including Pirates of the Caribbean and Bridget Jones.

Celebrity guests and supporters at our Gala in Hollywood USA last year

Our charity auction items will be on display in the ornate Bench Apartments. We have work by artists Charles Billich (famed for his work in The White House), London painter Celina Teague, as well as some lovely spa days and fun lots. We will also run a “sign-a-note” raffle which includes amongst prizes a trip with Eurostar. The evening is a real opportunity to get to know the charity, meet the wonderful rescue dogs and mingle with friends and animal lovers in a venue normally reserved for the London legal elite. Our team of volunteers will do everything to make you feel welcome and at home.

The proceeds of the event will go to fund the continued work of NoToDogMeat Foundation formally known as World Protection for Dogs and Cats in the Meat Trade, a UK registered charity (no. 1154524).
