Why time does not equal money for rich?

The standard of living of wealthy people varies greatly from that of the poor and middle class. Moreover, the kind of things and life lessons they learn throughout their lives are very different than the ones learned by the poor and middle class. In this article, we'll discuss why time does not equal money for the rich and how money for time is not the best income choice.

Let's get started.

The Rich do not work for money. They are generally taught that they do not need to work for money, rather money should work for them.

They learn the difference between assets and liabilities, good debt vs bad debt.

Instead, the poor and middle class have to work hard if they wish to earn good money. It is fear and safety that directs them to exchange time for money. More than the passion of doing something, poor and middle-class children are taught to work hard in a job.

They are constantly being taught by their parents their options are limited, they need a job to have a future. Rich and time are two different concepts altogether. The rich tend to work smart, rather than hard.

Parents belonging to middle class teach their children to work hard if they wish to achieve success in life. Rich, on the other hand, are seen teaching their children that they need to work smart as they already have money. Lessons on financial literacy differ.

Views about financial literacy are not taught in public school and for the rich, it is common to learn at home and in private school. Thus never equate time for money in their lives.

This difference basically relates to the definitions of assets and liabilities as taught to their children. The wealthy never work for other companies they work with other companies and thus money for time do not any point intersect with each other.

The poor and middle class always work for others and the same thought gets planted in the minds of their children. That mindset they have to manage other people's business and they believe working for a paycheck is the only safe option.

The Rich who treat money as an asset or investment tool, do not value time for money. Rich children are always taught they are the ones who define what money is.

Whatever they work on becomes the definition of money. The Poor and middle class are never taught this. What kind of friends do they keep also indicates how much the rich people value money and time.

The Rich value time and care about which books their children read and their education.

Rich children are instructed by their parents and by a private educational system that nurtures.

Change + Mindset = Freedom

reminds me of the Robert Kyozaki book rich dad, poor dad.
I have so many friends, they cannot understand that why i dont work for people. why i run my own business and I delegate. I like the freedom of controlling my time.
But it annoys many of my friends.
So when I share with them the steemit platform, they rather choose facebook because they do not want the hazzle if waiting for few days or paid for the steemit account.

very true also that why rich people become richer.. and poor people become poorer.
I STAY IN BETWEEN. But i have the rich people mentality.

Yes you are so true. A lot of my articles are based towards Robert Kyozaki Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Many cannot understand it when someone goes against the "norm". That's ok I could not understand it either. I had a friend rant on facebook about how he no longer wants to take care of her. She was 18 and did not work. When I showed him how she could set up a blog or do social media marketing They both just said that won't work..

Both funny and annoying at the same time.
