Modern society has given us a new reality revolving around money. Long time ago the only people with credit cards were mostly well off individuals, but here today just about everyone has a card. Knowing that your purchase will most certainly cost you more than if you paid cash doesn't seem to matter much. First we had the now infamous debit card which popped up at the same as banking machines to replace tellers, but provided convenient banking for all at a price of course for the first time we had to pay monthly fees for a bank account and interest on your money dried up to nothing 2% a year right now. These days jobs are scarce the government tells tales of jobs created but we all know it's fiction on their part especially in Canada where i am where over 100,000 people lost their jobs, as the factories in Montreal went to Mexico for what in exchange i can't find one person who is happy about since the government refuses to tell us reality as it is the money is gone it's over. They inform you the jobless rate has gone down but what they don't tell you is that now all those people are on government welfare what a joke right? Luckily we have a relatively small population and we can all live off the oil revenue or can we?

Cash-vs.-credit-card.jpg

Needless to say because of the vacuum of cash flow the banks will try anything to get the ball rolling even give credit to any person even people on welfare have credit cards just amazing, my thought to them is GOOD LUCK because no jobs no money is the rule of thumb for all successful societies. So do you prefer to pay with cash or credit?

I used to use a lot of credit till it caught up to me when someone ruined my credit when i co-signed for a loan for someone. Since then, i stopped using credit about 95% of the time, the only time is when i need to rent a car to go out of town. Cash all the way, actually, crypto all the way!

Cash is King, accepted everywhere except on airplanes which i don't use much .

really good post like it and upvoted!

thank you , cash right?

Cash thumbs up. No matter what, I don't like to think that I have a debt.

cash is sure

I would prefer cash to credit. Getting into debt is something I am trying to avoid at all costs. Lose your job or a medical problem and you have debt, how to make that payment then.

as we say here,
In God we Trust
Everybody else pays Cash
