The Globe and Mail just published an article about how 149 currencies fared against the Loonie in 2016, claiming that the Canadian dollar did pretty good. What it has left out is of course Bitcoin, which has outperformed all other currencies 5 out of the last 6 years.

Canada is #14 on this list.

In fact since just August 2nd Bitcoin has increased in value 201%, or to put it another way

But remember Bitcoin is dead.

Canada's isn't the only currency losing value.

All fiat currencies are doomed to fail. A little research will reveal hundreds of banknotes reaching all the way back to France when they actually used playing cards as money.
