Some people see Ripple as a "bankers" coin. I know it is currently in the top 3 of all cryptocurrencies by market cap.
I am currently holding the top two coins, Bitcoin and Ethereum, for long term growth. I just do not know enough about Ripple.

I've been trading Ripple and it's been amazing until the recent crash. I just off loaded my last 12500. I see BTC and ETC good long term. Dash could be good as it offers both private and public transactions as does PIVX but who knows what may be hot a year from now.
