You must remember 90 % of the National banks listed on the above list are not even like real places that people live; I mean most of them are not even officially countries, except on paper . . .

You could probably almost reach the Ebay reserve price for all of these banks with a bid of 27,000 dollars; remember buying in bulk gains discount leverages . . .

I suspect that it might be a bit dangerous to try and grab too many shares of these, even still...
