Charlie Lee's news is great if true! Even with greater regulation and "control", China allowing cryptocurrencies to continue to grow and operate legally will be great for the market as a whole. Mass adoption will come from governments okaying networks and mining operations. Scam ICO's and broken exchanges would be very harmful to the market and deter the public from taking cryptocurrencies serious for a longer time. If China can adopt a technology like NEO to regulate ICO's and allow trading to continue this would be a great step forward. Only time will tell it seems as their selection for the Politburo is happening in October or November of this year.
