Between Walmart, Paypal and now other consumers as well, visa seems to be having a rough time. Everyone is fed up with how much money they take and is trying to negotiate lower deals. This is good for the big corporations but I bet you Visa is just going to fuck the little guy and raise rates for people who are too small to negotiate and need Visa's business. God knows Visa isnt going to let their income shrink by any amount or else investors will get skittish.
