Many people have commented that this guy should complain and boycott the company.

However, everywhere in The USSA there is no real competition.

Lets say you go to the grocery store and you don't hate one brand, so you buy another brand... which turns out to be the same corporation...
All the airlines have the same fine print.

And worst, it is not the letter of the contract, it is what is expected of the contract. Such as, the letter of the contract says the banks can take your money whenever they want. You gave it to them. But the contract we think we are under is the bank keeps our money safe, we pay them a fee for that. And, there isn't "another bank" that you can run to.
