Do You Need More Money For Your Business?
After being in business for awhile there are some realizations you make about being under-capitalized. It can be depressing or even debilitating to focus on the fact that you don't have enough money or access to the capital to execute your business plan. In this pool meeting I discuss a couple things that might change your thinking on the subject.

This is a great video series. Really enjoying it. I have been in business for myself for almost 8 years now. In one of the most business friendly states in the best economy in that state. (Texas) And its still fucking tough to make it! Capital is hard to raise and even harder to hold on to.
I feel ya! I'm going to move to the Dallas area. Arizona is a very rough place for business but yeah it is a trap a lot of people can fall into. Also even after repeated success it is always shocking to still see people not want to get behind you financially when there is a track record of solid returns. That is never fun but a lot of times it can be an exposure things as well. A person would almost have to be around 20 people with money to maybe get one of them to go forward with an investment. It isn't easy
The good ol' boy system is alive and well in Texas. It is cut throat! Hope you got some connections. I'm in the Central Texas area. For what I do its great. New Braunfels is about 70,000 people and they keep putting it on the news as the best place to live with the best economy in Texas. People are coming here in droves. Not a small town anymore.
So true. Business is an ongoing battle to keep profitability high.
