Are you on the Blockchain? 7/17/16
With all of the cryptocurrencies on the rise, you'll want to see if they are on the blockchain. You want to make sure the currency is honest and transparent before investing any time or money.
In the cryptocurrency world a blockchain is a public ledger of every transaction that has ever been executed. It is a database that maintains a continuously-growing list of records secured from tampering and revision.
A friend of mine recently shared a digital cryptocurrency with me that he was was excited about, but sadly they were not on the #blockchain.
One of the main reasons I like cryptocurrencies (such as Steemit, YoCoin, and Bitcoin) is because they are not inflated or corrupted like many fiat paper currencies of the world.
(If only Bernanke and those folks over at the Federal Reserve would stop printing money out of thin air!)
I like the idea of honest money and I hope the future of digital currency will be able to avoid corruption.
