HOW TO START IN THE REAL ESTATE BRANCH?

The dynamics of the economy varies and adjusts to the times and realities of society; economic growth and development is based on public and private policies that guide States, including the real estate sector makes its contribution and generates significant profits. In fact, not only on a large scale can real estate management be developed, as an independent broker that I am, my own experience and serious studies show that it can be undertaken on a small scale, of course, taking into account and complying with some basic principles for the execution of this professional field.

The main intention of this post is to share with the steemit community what these general aspects are, as I present the elements briefly in this conceptual map for a better understanding.

To begin with, the real estate sector is a purely commercial activity, hence when someone decides to start in this field it is necessary to devote some time to study the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and possibilities of success that will have; as you get to know the lines of economy, situation and search for a market with opportunities for growth, acquire certain techniques for the valuation of real estate, be interested in acquiring knowledge about the legal framework that regulates the activity and put into practice efficient and effective management processes, you can generate confidence and confidence in yourself, which will project from your company and will influence your exponential growth.

Now, every beginning takes its stage and learning process and consequently growth; For example, when we are born we are facing one of the greatest learning challenges, we cry and carry in our arms or give breast milk at every moment, the truth is that mother - father and infant are generating knowledge and learning. In the same way it happens when we make our presentation in this steemit community, in fact this is my second post. What I want to mean is that in any situation we must bring out our "skills", the real estate entrepreneur must have an attitude for business, be sociable, have a positive mind, generate confidence and security, innovate and be creative.

From a general perspective, in any project or field it is fundamental to prepare a strategic business plan, which provides a guide on how to do things and how to achieve the proposed objectives. In other words, it is about thinking and general a planned and strategic structure with a number of actions that guide relationships and business issues, including planning, strategies, profitability, market and potential customers.

Finally, it is convenient to establish a good marketing strategy to let us know and attract a portfolio of clients that allows the sustainability of the activity; Today there are many lines of work in this sector, therefore, according to the budget must be present effective strategies, actions to follow, advertising in line with the competitive market and others that bring us closer to key customers and investors.
