Study the profession you choose. Invest your time. If you want to open a pizzeria<then I suggest you work at one. Make money while learning the ins and outs. Get off Facebook and write your book. You will need a great business plan to find investors.
Save money and make extra cash every chance you get.
Licences are your last obstacle. Learn them and go through the hoops.
