Here's what happens in many opportunities beware!!!!

I learn this in most opportunities:

You really only have a selected number of folks above you to turn to, sometimes none at all and that really sucks. What if your sponsor and upline leave, then what? It can be a lonely feeling as a result.

The solution to all this:

In my opportunity I have tons of folks I can turn to everyday because instead of being on separate teams or as you call it division, everybody in my opportunity works in collaboration where we all benefit from one another.

There are so secrets, no hidden agenda, no since you aren't on my team I can't reveal what's going on, no hidden webinars, etc.

I can go to someone who is not in my upline, downline, sideline and they are willing to help me. Same for me helping someone who is not above or below me.

And this truly makes my opportunity a more happier place to be in overall. Trust me I have been in some opportunities in the past where there is just so much competition out there and everybody is fighting to be at the top rank. I found something that is almost like utopia to be honest if I can coin that term for what we have here
