Benefits of dealing DRUGS!

From the looks of it, a successful drug dealer is a perfect example of the “American Dream”. Making as much money as quickly as possible without any regards to the law or the people they effect. Open your eyes people! If you think that big corporations are not doing anything illegal your crazy. The system is designed for you to have minimal success so illegal actions are often required to get extraordinary results. Look at the housing market crash, bankers did everything in their power to manipulate people into purchasing houses for commission and interest rates. After the crash, the fraud when public and out of the hundreds of bankers who participated only one went to jail. But, this is not a post to bash the system but an attempt to look at the perspective of people making their money in the unconventional world of drugs.

It is very easy to label a drug dealer as unethical, a criminal, or just wrong for doing what they do. For the sake of truth, I would like to shed some light on the positives that can come from selling drugs. Please don't mistake this as a post supporting drug activities and this is not from personal experience but but the area I grew up in drugs was very common, a lot of my friends were involved in theses activates so I believe I have sufficient knowledge to explore this topic.

Valuable skills to be learned

Emotional Control: What I’ve noticed is that there’s a lot of paranoia in the air being around a drug dealer. The stress that comes with not having a stable income or possibly losing everything in getting caught requires a lot of emotional control. Usually a drug dealer must analyze intense situations without getting caught up in emotional decision making. This skill is extremely important in every area of life, in fact some great business people say EQ (emotional intelligence) is the new IQ when it comes to success.

The ability to read people: If I’m a store owner I have police to protect me from getting robbed, as a drug dealer everything is free game because you can’t report your drugs missing. A drug dealer’s ability to read a person is the difference between him getting killed or gaining a new business partner. This is the skill everybody wants; human interaction is extremely common and reading a person can give you an edge everyday.

Bargaining: For the most part drugs sell themselves, it doesn’t require a lot of convincing for a customer to want his weed; the skill dealers really develop is negotiation. To maximize profits the average drug dealer must negotiate to get the best deal possible. This skill can be transferred to any area of business from job interviews to closing deals in real-estate.

Awareness: If you have an illegal substance in your possession having awareness of your surroundings can be very useful. If you have a large amount of illegal substance this is critical to stay away from potential thief’s or rivals. Being aware of your surroundings is tremendously helpful in keeping you out of harm’s way. The average person can apply this to the safety of his family or recognizing the beauty of nature. Awareness is an invaluable skill that will positively effect anything that you do.

Money management: Depending on where your source of supply is coming from managing income and profits are needed to keep operations going. Sure, we all see big spending drug dealers now and again but the successful ones are the dealers that know how to manage their money better than competition.

Bravery and valor: To stand in the face of danger because you believe something (even if your wrong) requires a lot of bravery. You can compare it to something like a war hero although drug dealers do it for a much more of a selfish cause. If you can change a successful drug dealer’s belief this can end up being a great skill to harness for a cause much more precious.

In all, I will never personally deal drugs because of unethical reasons but anything you do in great success is very valuable. Life is not black and white and the journey holds no bias to human’s societal norms. A lot of drugs are illegal for no real reason and can benefit people in certain situations. Do good and you will receive the same, do bad and bad comes back to bite you. I’ve seen plenty of former drug dealers make great success of their life, and I’ve seen a lot of them dead or in jail. For the most part, it’s not what you’re doing it’s how well and honest do you do it.
