Rare Speech: The Banking System in 2 Minutes at the EU Parliament

All the banks are broke because of the system called Fractional Reserve Banking which means the banks can lend money which they don't actually have.

This doesn't happen often and when it does it's usually suppressed, deleted, ignored, hidden, whoever says this dies out of a heart attack or an accident in the middle of nowhere they're usually are, or all of those together.
