Still Time to Buy in Moneros bullrun 12th November 2017

Looking at Moneros past, the last All-Time High(ATH) of BTC 0.035 was 40% higher than its previous ATH. Which puts a possibility of the next ATH to be BTC 0.049.

I am content with holding until it passes by BTC 0.04.

Hourly chart still bullish, so is it a good time to buy in? Have y'all missed the boat?

On the 15min, RSI gradually building up and MACD crossing up.
Current resistance level of 0.022.
