Memories of a better Germany (X)
More pictures from my trip to the Walhalla near Regensburg:
Friedrich von Schiller
Imanuel Kant
Johann Gottfried von Herder
Katharina II. of Russia. (aka "Katharina the Great". The only female ruler ever to be known as "the great". She was born as Sophie Auguste Friederike von Anhalt-Zerbst and became empress of Russia while being born as a German. Her sexual appetite was legendary, too.)
Johannes Gutenberg (inventor of modern printing with movable letters)
