Possible Opportunity for Pre-ICO

Recieved Newsletter:
Monaize, an e-banking platform for freelancers and small businesses formed a partnership with Komodo, a top 30 cryptocurrency project, after meeting at Money 20/20 in June 2017. The objective of the partnership is to connect the banking world with blockchain technology while helping cryptocurrencies reach global adoption.
Monaize-Komodo Partnership results in the world’s first decentralized Initial Coin Offering (dICO)

The first innovation conceived by the new partnership is the Monaize decentralized Initial Coin Offering (dICO) which will happen via atomic swaps through the Komodo Platform’s Jumblr and BarterDEX technology. The Monaize dICO wants to pave the way for a new era in which ICOs are no longer dependant on platforms like Ethereum or Waves, reducing problems such as blockchain bloat and attenuating the damage that hundreds of ICO projects would suffer if one of these large chains were to be compromised.

The Monaize asset chain was created in late September and its tokens are identified by the ticker/symbol “MNZ”. On Friday 10th November at 12 pm (GMT), ICO participants can begin swapping either Bitcoin or Komodo for Monaize Tokens. These exchanges will occur across blockchains through atomic swaps with an automatic order matching process, using a special dICO wallet developed by the Komodo Platform. A tutorial on the dICO process will be released by Monize and CryptoCompare in the upcoming days.
E-banking as a Gateway to Blockchain

Monaize is the first “challenger bank” of its kind to possess its own blockchain and is being frequently compared to similar companies in the Fintech landscape such as N26 and Revolut. The Monaize asset chain inherits all the characteristics of Komodo, including anonymity through zero-knowledge proofs, as well as Bitcoin-level security, thanks to a new Delayed Proof of Work protocol (dPoW) in which all transactions are notarized on the Bitcoin blockchain.

Monaize applications will include global payments, fiat-pegged cryptocurrency integration, and on-chain KeyValue (KV) storage. The company also plans to integrate a cryptocurrency wallet into their banking application in Q2 of 2018, encouraging the adoption of cryptocurrencies by the business community.

Thanks to huge scale digital platforms like Uber and Deliveroo, independent work is growing at an astounding rate, which provides efficient connections between customers and services providers. However, traditional banks have not yet adapted their services for freelancers and small businesses, due to their complexity and diverse needs.

Monaize already has a working product and intends to launch it on the French and UK markets in Q4 of 2017. The company’s vision is supported by a technology-focused, personalized, and partner-agnostic approach, permitting a fast international expansion by allowing different banking and financial service partners to plug into the platform. Monaize’s international expansion strategy starts with Europe before heading to the United States, Asia and Africa in the coming years.

For new Monaize users, an innovative KYB (Know Your Business) process that checks photographed documents in real-time will allow customers to open an account in a few minutes from the comfort of their home, or even using a smartphone. The account access is granted immediately along with a local IBAN number and a Monaize Business Mastercard will be forwarded in less than 5 days. Personalised services from 3rd parties will also be available.
What’s in it for MNZ token sale participants?

Participants of the Monaize ICO will benefit from rewards which are structured on user growth. Each month, the number of new Monaize business account creations is computed and an equation is used to calculate the total reward in KMD to MNZ token holders. Rewards are distributed through an automatic API which scans the Monaize blockchain and automatically distributes KMD to MNZ tokens holders according to the number of tokens held.
