I think now is not the time. If my count is correct, there will be one last chance to get cheap BTC before the real bull kicks in. I will, of course, announce this publically on my blog when wave 2 hits, as I myself will be buying even more BTC to HODL for the coming two years after. The dip is expected 1-2 months before the halving.
