Happy Friday, everyone! Hope you all have a fun-filled weekend of Steem planned. Today, as promised, I’m going to talk about somebody who you’ve all been anticipating meeting...

My baby girl, Avery Noelle! ♥️

Every day I get to wake up and see this sweet face! I am beyond blessed to be her mama. 🥰

Avery was due on March 22, but she came 2 days early. I ended up being induced for Gestational Hypertension, but my labor went pretty smoothly (all 22 hours of it). Although I did end up getting an epidural due to the pain, which was worsened because of my induction (my Pitocin was at 13 for hours), I did my best to remain calm and breathe through the contractions like a champ! ✊🏻

I didn’t really document my labor all that well, but my sister caught me in a candid shot shortly before I got the epidural. You might not be able to tell, but I’m in pelvis-ripping pain in this photo. (Featuring my husband and my mom)👇🏻

My pregnancy itself went pretty smoothly too, except for the first 14 weeks or so. My first trimester was miserable because I had SEVERE morning sickness that sent me to the ER twice! My husband and I were so excited when we found out, we had been waiting so patiently for our first baby. Then we found out that she was a girl, and everything’s been unicorns and sparkles ever since! 🦄🌈

I fully expected my journey into motherhood to be nerve wracking, but so far it’s been nothing but total bliss. It’s true what they say: you don’t understand a parent’s love until you have a child yourself. Your entire world changes in the best way! 💕🌎

My Avery Noelle was born on March 20, 2019 at 2:02pm, and she’s been the center of my universe ever since.

I feel like time is passing by so quickly. I can’t believe she’s already 2 weeks old! 😭

Thanks for coming to meet my little girl, guys! It warms my heart to know that so many of you have asked about her. I hope you love her just as much as I do! 🥰
