How to remediate mold in an old RV

I'm borrowing an RV from a friend while I remodel the cottage where I normally reside. Unfortunately, the RV has some mold due to a roof leak. Unfortunately, most mold remediation articles I've seen recommend tearing out the mold infested materials and rebuilding, but I'd like to avoid that since it's not my RV.

Here's my strategy for mitigating the mold without investing in substantive renovation.

Fix leaks. Otherwise, mold will recur.
Remove mold from surfaces and air.
Run a dehumidifier to dry out air and inhibit mold.

Step 2 would also normally include "Rip out and replace mold-infested materials.", but I'm trying to avoid that. Suggestions for alternatives would be welcome.

Clean surfaces

Hard surfaces: ½ cup of bleach mixed into a gallon of water
Soft surfaces:
-- Vacuum
-- Steam clean with a mix of borax with water. Use a ratio of one cup of borax with one gallon of water. Make sure the borax fully dissolves in the water. Hot water will dissolve borax powder faster.
-- Steam clean with a mix 50% clear ammonia and 50% water.
