Mocktail, the first platform with a unique token standard on BSC
A decentralized exchange is known to be a type of exchange which doesn't have a top authority where all its activities are blindly controlled by then. In this type of exchange, power is shared within the community, and everybody part of the exchange has a say in its operations. Decentralized Exchanges(DEX) is a good way for users to exercise their rights and be part of a movement. DeFi is a concept that means Decentralized Finance, referring to platforms that does not need a central authority to control them. Decentralized money can be used to create lending protocols, insurance platforms and many more where top tiers do not have a say in their business.

What is Mocktail Finance?
Mocktail Finance is an AMM platform that allows for the generation of maximum yield through BSC, and has its way of compounding assets through vaults, lending, etc.
Products of Mocktailswap
- Liquidity: This product allows for the swift and easy exchange of one asset for another. It shows the easy nature of transferring assets without changing the nature of the market.
- Yield farming: Through this, users can earn more tokens than normal. They lend their assets out to users in need, and in return, they earn more profits. It is usually given out through smart contracts.
- Swapping: This is simply exchanging one token for another, in this case on the BSC since the platform was built on this particular blockchain. This process is usually done at a lower price for liquidity providers who have originally provided liquidity to the pool as a form of appreciation.
- Staking: This is when a group of users comes together to stake their tokens in a pool to confirm a block and earn rewards for doing so. The profits are later shared based on who has contributed their most to the pool.
MOK
This is the first token to be a semi-fungible token launched on the BSC, and the original dapp of Mocktailswap Finance. The token standard of the token is a unique one which is a new type of token standard on the Ethereum blockchain. This type of token standard will give its smart contracts to govern any number of tokens.
The token is semi-fungible, and can be stored in multiple addresses, unlike the ERC721 token standard which is a non-fungible token which can only be stored in one address.
Conclusion
The platform's token(MOK) is a governance token, and will take care of most of the activities present in the platform. The community can also use it as a pass to make decisions to the best of the community. The platform has set different deflationary mechanisms for their token since it doesn't have a hard cap. This is not a problem in any way, but users see it as one. Mocktail's team has ensured them that this is for the best, and has given reasons why they have decided to not have a hard cap.
