Is anyone interested in writing the ultimate WEB app (website) for SteemIt moderators (with my help/permission/feedback)?

It would require these features:

A section to view flagging cases with these features:

• List of flagging posts with all important details that only shows the flagging cases you haven't dealt with yet
• Ability to change what moderator tag(s) to monitor
• Every list entry shows how good the moderator is (based on upvote/downvote ratio and other factors)

A section with the specific flagging case details:

• AGREE / DISAGREE buttons (AGREE button upvotes flagging post + downvotes flagging cases in question, DISAGREE button downvotes the flagging post)
• Optional comment field

A section to add a flagging case with these features:

• Ability to add a new flagging case directly in the app, while the app takes care of posting it on the network with the correct formatting + immediately downvoting the post(s) in question
• Ability to choose what moderator tag(s) to post under. This makes is possible to moderate anything you want (you can start a semi-private moderator group for example), even outside the STEEM platform if you want, and put it on the a decentralized database (the STEEM blockchain).
• Dropdown list with most commen reasons for flagging (plagiarism, spam, illegal content, abuse, botting for example)
• Automatic scanning of the blockchain for posts that might conflict with yours (duplicate links) and prevents you from posting
• Optional comment field
   

Content formatting on the blockchain entry:

• Simple title with an ID number to minimize blockchain bloat (for example "CASE #12384")
• Content section could be as simple as
  [REASON] id number of the reason category recognised by the app
  [LINK] reference to entry on the blockchain
  [LINK] reference to entry on the blockchain
   

Security

Of course it's really important to make sure people can trust that the site isn't stealing your posting keys. I haven't figured out how exactly, but open-source is a must at least.
 

P.S.: If anyone wants to contact me, be warned that i haven't done much web development yet (i would have to research how things like asynchronous updates, AJAX, JSON and Node.js work exactly and i haven't done any blockchain programming either haha).
