Lady shoe flower :This picture was captured by me with my mobile phone camera when I visited Munnar.

Botanical name of this flower is Thunbergia mysorensis. This is an ornamental perennial vine. Shape of these flowers are very unique and are very similar to the lady's shoe or doll's shoe. Now you can understand how they got this name.Colour of these flowers is reddish brown and yellow. It is considered to be the prettiest flowering vine in the world.Bees and small birds like humming birds are attracted to the sweet nectar of these flowers.
