Steps to take if someone is bothering you

If you’re being harassed on Android, your first step should be to contact Google and report it.
You can do that through their help center. If enough users report a specific number for harassment, it will be disabled or put into a special area where only other Android users can call that number. It doesn’t happen often but when it does work, it sure beats sending out threats of violence against someone who may not even know they’re offending others with their phone calls.

  1. Take screenshots of every message or comment and save them on your computer or phone.

  2. If it’s on a social media platform, screenshot from both your account and theirs so that there’s proof they sent you something negative

  3. Report them through whatever means are available (see each social media platform's help page for more information)

  4. Block that asshole!
